I believe exercise and keeping healthy should be enjoyable and can
become a natural part of your life! Together we can achieve what ever
goals you set yourself and push yourself that little bit further.
I
am an experienced and passionate endurance athlete, having competed in
many marathons and triathlons. My PB for a marathon currently stands at
3 hours, and for 10km it is 35 mins. I also regularly run in National
and County cross country competitions and road races, and am a member of
the Colchester Harriers Athletics Club.
I am here to pass on my
passion, knowledge and experience, to help you realise your goals. If
