Testimonials “8 weeks to go and my bridesmaid dress no longer fit, I panicked. I had spoken to Simon in the past regarding my training so turned to him for help. 8 weeks later, I not only fit in my bridesmaid dress I felt physically stronger, energetic, I felt great. Simon transformed the way I approach my training, doing the right things for my needs and goals. Although the one-to-one training sessions were hard work, Simon gave me the motivation and encouragement to never give in and he is renowned for his hard-core training style it really was worth it. Simon was always available to help, knowledge and guidance. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough”. Sophie Bullock |

PT MAXX - Find Out More
| The biggest obstacle to reaching our goals is daring to believe that they are possible. As a personal trainer, it's my job to help guide you from thinking something might be possible to actually achieving it healthfully and sustainably. It's never too late to make a change or dream big.
Although I am relatively new to the profession of health and fitness, I come to personal training with firsthand knowledge of what it's like to completely transform your lifestyle and your body into a healthier version of you. Once considered clinically obese, I understand the physical, mental and emotional struggles that come with weight loss and lifestyle change. As an experienced triathlete, I also bring plenty of “road tested” sport-specific training knowledge to my clients. | Areas of Strength • Functional training (strength, stability and balance training that mimics real-life movement) • Clients who are new to fitness and striving to make fitness and/or weight-loss a priority • Women's strength training • Newbie runners and endurance athletes • Clients who are training for a specific event (races, weddings, graduations etc.) • I look forward to stretching the limit of what you think is possible! Testimonials “Working with Megan was very comfortable. I was pushed to work hard, but I never was intimidated. It was good having a coach to cheer you on. Her supportive and enthusiastic manner made me think I could do things I thought were not possible. Her passion for the work carries you to do the work. She made me see that I am stronger than I thought!”
