Getting involved in group fitness classes is a great way to meet new friends, stay motivated and vary your exercise routine.

We run over 30 different classes per week. These include Body Pump, Spinning, Circuits and Pilates. Whatever you are looking to achieve, we have the group fitness classes in place to help make it happen
Our facilities are wide ranging and include:
*  A luxury Swimming Pool, Spa, Sauna and Steam Room.
* 2 state-of-the-art Fitness Areas for cardiovascular fitness.
* 2 fully air conditioned group fitness studios delivering the best class programme in the area, with over 40 classes per week
* Boxing area and "The Rock" climbing wall for improving strength and muscle tone.

Many of our members find that working out with others helps them to achieve more. Our fitness class schedule is the best in the area and taught by some wonderful instructors. Take a look at our class timetable to find the classes to suit you. You can either login and book your classes online or contact reception to reserve your place.* A well-equipped free weight zone, large stretching and core conditioning area and a huge variety of resistance machines for improving strength and muscle tone.
