Getting involved in group fitness classes is a great way to meet new friends, stay motivated and vary your exercise routine. We run over 40 different classes per week. These include Body Pump, Spinning, Circuits and Pilates. Whatever you are looking to achieve, we have the group fitness classes in place to help make it happen	Our facilities are wide ranging and include: * A luxury Swimming Pool, Spa, Sauna and Steam Room. * 2 state-of-the-art Fitness Areas for cardiovascular fitness. * 2 fully air conditioned group fitness studios delivering a programme of over 40 classes per week. * Boxing area and "The Rock" climbing wall for improving strength and muscle tone.
