Tom Johnson

PT MAXXPT MAXX - Find Out More Tom joined the Topnotch team in April 2005 and is at present the Fitness Manager of the team. Tom has trained a wide variety of individuals over the last 9 years in the leisure industry. Their objectives have ranged from sports specific conditioning to weight management. Tom believes training smart is more important that training just hard.

If you are unsure which trainer is best for your needs, just ask tom and he will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Hannah Barry

MotivatePT MAXX - Find Out More Hannah started working for Topnotch in Summer 2005, most members will know her as the Reception Manager, she has gradually worked her way up to become a Level 3 personal trainer.

Hannah has experience training and participating in competitive kickboxing.
She enjoys training a wide varity of people with different objectives/training goals,Hannah’s training philosophy is “GO HARD OR GO HOME”! So if you fancy a challenge and want to see some results please book in for a free consultation.

Ashley Lutchmunsing

PT MAXXPT MAXX - Find Out MoreAshley has been in the industry since 2002 and is currently the Assistant Gym Manager. Ashley has trained a wide range of individuals from a variety of different backgrounds.
He has helped them to overcome barriers and achieve their aims and objectives by making their workouts both fun and effective.

Ashley’s style of training focuses on postural alignment and proper form, he also uses his knowledge from his sports therapy background to help clients avoid and rehabilitate injuries and to promote general health and well-being.
