Our trainers are available to help you achieve your fitness goals. Anything from gaining to losing weight, changing shape, getting better and sports/pastimes, pre-post pregnancy or just feeling healthier.

Will it be any use to me?

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned trainer, PT Maxx training will help you to advance your fitness goals and achieve specific targets set by you and the trainer. This is done by planning specific training and above all lots of motivation. A one-to one programme varied regularly will help you maximise your training and achieve your goals.
 
All you need to do is submit the online form, speak to staff at reception or speak to one of our trainers directly in the club.

How often do I need to train with a tainer?

That will be decided by yourself and your trainer. Firstly you will discuss your goals with the trainer and from there he or she will propose how much time you need to make a real difference.

Will I be able to afford a trainer?

Whether you need training 3 times a week or once a month, our trainers have packages available to suit your needs. The question we ask you is 'Can you afford not to have it?'.
