| By Thameslink or Underground: Go through the underground station and follow it through to exit number 8, your second left upon exiting the station is Tudor Street. The club entrance is just 150 metres along on the left.
By bus or car: Tudor Street can be located off New Bridge Street. Tudor Street is the turning after the Crown Plaza hotel when you are travelling towards Fleet Street.

Getting Started Smart! During the first 90 days at the club all members can participate in a new members service programme tailored to meet your needs. This will ensure that you stick to a good programme and receive the relevant amount of support during the vital first 3 months of your membership. This welcome service will help to build your motivation, develop confidence that the gym is a place for you and keep you on track towards your goals. If you achieve good exercise habits during these early stages, then you're well on the road to success!
Together Everyone Achieves More: Many people find that working out with others helps them to achieve more. Our fitness class schedule is the best in the area and taught by some wonderful instructors.
